Home Health Care & Nursing

Med1Care is proud to offer comprehensive, full-service, in-home nursing care to fit your needs. Our Director of Nursing will design an individual care plan to allow you to receive proper care in the comfort of your own home.


Our RN or LPN Nursing Assistance includes:

Home Health Aides & Personal Care

Med1Care provides a wide array of personalized home care services. Our trained nursing assistants provide individualized care to patients in the privacy of their homes. Home health aides and companion services are available on an hourly basis, for short or long-term intervals.

Companions provide extra help to those who are very independent but wish to lighten their daily loads.

Companionship Services include:

Med1Care can provide you with in-home medical social services. Our licensed social workers can counsel you on social and emotional factors, long and short-term financial planning and community resources.

Our goal is to do everything we can to keep you at home before you consider a long-term care placement. If long-term care warrants consideration, we never push. This matter is 100% your decision. Our social workers look into every available resource within the community to keep you safe and comfortable in your own home.
